Garage inventors, hot rod culture and rock ‘n’ roll fuel Randy Hussong's imagery while the content remains open to everything from alcoholism, the Gulf War, identity issues, environmental issues, genetic engineering and cloning. Humor plays an important role in his work to activate and subvert the context of his sculptures and prints. A lecturer at UC Berkeley’s Art Practice Faculty, Hussong teaches sculpture and print-making.

Randy Hussong’s work was featured in the “Made in California” show at Los Angeles County Museum of Art (with catalog) and has been exhibited at New Langton Arts, San Francisco, the Oakland Museum and the Di Rosa Preserve in Napa, California.
